Microsoft Dynamics RMS System Requirements

The latest version of Microsoft Dynamics RMS is 2.0.2022

Supported Operating Systems: Windows 10, Windows Server 2012

Supported Database Servers: SQL Server Standard or Express 2012, 2014, 2016

Hardware Recommendations: 4GB RAM for RMS POS, RMS Store Manager, RMS HQ Manager, or RMS Client stations. Increase RAM further on database computer. Processor should be Intel i3 or higher.

Microsoft Mainstream Support ended July 10th, 2016. Microsoft Extended Support will end July 13th, 2021.

J Bailey & Company will continue to support Microsoft Dynamics RMS for the foreseeable future.

RMH System Requirements

Latest version is 3.7.1

Supported Operating Systems (32 or 64 Bit): Windows 10 (Home, Professional, Enterprise), Windows Server 2012 and 2012 R2 (Foundations, Essentials, Standard)

Supported Database Servers: SQL Server Standard or Express 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017

Other: .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.51 are both required.

RMH Hardware Recommendations: 8GB or higher RAM, with i5 or higher processor.

Database (SQL Server) Hardware Recommendation: 8GB or higher RAM, with i7 or higher processor. Do not co-locate database on RMH POS computer. Larger databases will require more RAM. If running SQL Server Express, this edition will support 1 processor and 4 cores.

RMH Central System Requirements

The latest version of RMH Central is 3.7.1 BETA

SQL Server Notes: See above.

Deployment Notes: RMH Central Synchronization Client can be deployed at the store on RMH Store POS, RMH Store Manager, or RMH Store SQL Server Database computer. RMH Central Synchronization Server can be deployed on RMH Central SQL Server Database computer, or on a dedicated computer. For implementations with 10+ lanes, a dedicated computer is necessary. For larger implementations, multiple dedicated computers may be necessary to balance the load.
