He has a 360-degree view of technical support and can provide helpful suggestions, rather than simply solving the problem at hand. He will suggest better ways to do things. 

All of this would make him the gold standard at twice the price, but in fact, Jonathan’s charges for all his services are extremely reasonable. He is scrupulously honest in his billing and more than fair. I have worked with many tech “experts,” but when I consider value-for-dollar, none of them has even come close to Jonathan Bailey.
