POS 2009 users can upgrade to RMH and retain all their database information, including items, customers, suppliers, sales history, and purchase history. Unlike POS 2009, the Retail Management Hero (RMH) point-of-sale system includes a Customer Loyalty extension. RMH Loyalty is a comprehensive solution allowing users to create flexible customer loyalty scenarios involving various types of loyalty points and rewards. The same POS 2009 Customers functionality is carried forward into RMH, and RMH Loyalty uses the same rich Customers functionality in Retail Management Hero POS. It is not necessary to implement either a loyalty card or some other type of the loyalty identification. All loyalty information is attached to a particular Customer account in RMH. To activate the loyalty functionality during the RMH POS transaction, select a customer or create a new one.
