Manufacturer’s Warranty and Warranty Information

All products are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty and no other warranty is offered by the seller. The manufacturer’s warranty begins on the date of the original shipment to the buyer. Defective products will be handled by the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty is contingent upon the proper use of the hardware and/or software in accordance with the instructions and specifications published by the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty is void as to any products that have been repaired or modified by persons other than those authorized representatives of the manufacturer or which have been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident at the hands of the buyer.

Returns
If you need to return a product, please call 228-348-1719 within 30 days of invoice date for a RMA number. Return items must be shipped, freight prepaid, in original resalable condition; include all parts, accessories, manuals and must be packed in the original manufacturers packaging. Any product not returned in original condition with original packaging, manuals and accessories will be returned to you. All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and have an RMA number. Restocking fees of up to 20 percent may apply at the discretion of J Bailey & Company. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
All consumables such as paper, ribbons and labels are non returnable.  Services and software are not returnable.

Shipping
We ship only to locations in the US and Canada.  We provide FREE SHIPPING via UPS GROUND and FED-EX GROUND.

We require a physical delivery address, and cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
