We support Microsoft Dynamics Headquarters, Microsoft Dynamics Store Operations, and Microsoft SQL Server installations. Additional support services include report writing, receipt modifications, and queries.
Our support options are (1) Support Plan, (2) Prepaid Retainer, or (3) Per-Incident
Support Plan
The Annual Support Plan is purchased per POS license and will provide you with unlimited e-mail and telephone support, 7-days a week. Support includes version updates and upgrades.
Prepaid Retainer
Our prepaid assistance is available in 4-hour increments, and can be used for any purpose. Prepaid assistance is available Monday through Friday, and scheduled appointments are encouraged to ensure availability.
Per-Incident
Per-incident support is available Monday through Friday, incidents are prepaid and are handled in the order received.
