Lumber Manager Add-On
 is a pricing management and inventory tracking add-on for Microsoft RMS, designed for Building Supply Retailers





Lumber Manager allows you to quickly convert your cost off of the suppliers cost as well as adjust the dimensions properties of each lumber item in the database.

Lumber Pricing updates the cost per piece from supplier cost when you input the cost per thousand board feet (mbf) and track it for each different item supplier for any item. Calculated cost can be marked up by a percent margin. The selling price can also be rounded up to end in a set number, for example nine.

The Lumber Maintenance tab allows you to update the length and cross sectional area of each lumber item in the database.





Lumber Manager maintains a real time inventory in units and board feet on hand. Board feet is displayed in the sub description fields along with lumber length and cross sectional area (height x width).




On the POS Screen, Lumber Manager will allow you to sell in Linear Feet and by the piece by automatically converting from one to the other and selling the proper count of pieces.

System Requirements

Lumber Manager requires the following: Microsoft RMS version 2.0, .Net version 3.5, SQL 2005 (standard or express), and Windows XP Pro (service pack 2) or better.

Statements Add-On  With our Statements Add-On you can print customer statements with all receipts for the time periods. Automatically print statements with a balance only, all statements, or selected statements.  Signatures will print on statements with the receipts if using our Signature Capture.  Licensed per site.
